Beet Solo F1

Smooth skinned, deep red round roots. High in sugar content for the sweetest of flavors. Ideal as a ‘baby beet’. Larger roots can be wrapped in foil and baked. Less need to thin out as only one seedling per seed cluster. Very slow to bolt. Good resistance to leaf spot, downy and powdery mildew.

Sow directly outdoors once danger of frost has past. Thin young seedlings to avoid crowding.
