Pepper Cabernet F1

Elongated bell shape measuring 15 x 10 cm (6 x 4”). Turns from a green to red sweet pepper. Use fresh in salsa and salads. Great for stuffing or pickling!

Culinary Tip:
Grilled Pepper Salad - Grill peppers and then arrange single layer in a baking dish. Top with one ounce of finely chopped anchovies and Italian seasoning. Repeat with a second layer of peppers, then drizzle the anchovy oil over top. Cook at 350F oven for 30 minutes.
