Applicants should posses the following:
· Must be fluent in both French and English
· Grade XII certificate or GED equivalent
· Excellent communication and customer service skills (written/verbal)
· Proficient computer skills in Microsoft programs
· Ability to quickly learn new programs and procedures
· Professional, motivated attitude
· Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
· Problem solving & critical thinking
· Previous Call Centre/Sales experience
