Thompson & Morgan

Thompson & Morgan's own developmental research and breeding grounds and world wide contact with top breeders allowing us to introduce many new and often exclusive varieties each year.

Thompson & Morgan has one of the most colorful and informative packets in the business. Helpful "Flashes" denote special uses such as: "Easy to Grow" and "Shade Tolerant", and each of our packets is color coded for easy selection: Yellow for Annuals, Blue for Perennials, Red for Vegetable and Herbs and Green for Greenhouse / Warmer Climate Varieties.

One of the oldest firms in the horticulture business, Thompson & Morgan is still owned and operated by the third generation of the same family. With roots dating back over 150 years to Ipswich, England, the company has gained much prestige by supplying seed and plants to some of history's most exclusive gardens, including those of the European Royal families, plant enthusiast Charles Darwin and the French painter Claude Monet. Thompson & Morgan is available in Canada exclusively through McKenzie Seeds.
